Here are all the steps to the process.
STEP ONE: Discovery Meeting & Project Exploration
We sit down with you for roughly one hour to explore your potential project and hear your needs.
We take notes, assess your interest, and see if we’d be a good creative partner. There is no pressure to move forward at this stage, and these meetings are always entirely free.
STEP TWO: Package Selection And/Or Budget Discussion
Once a project is identified, you have the option to choose from our available commercial packages, or work alongside us to discuss an appropriate budget. Most of our projects land in a general range of $1,000 — $3,000.

FRONT PORCH PACKAGE
1 brand story hero video (1-3 mins)
3 personalized commercials (30 seconds)
3 commercial cut-downs (15 secs, 10 secs, 6 secs)
Concept meeting & visual proposals
Social media size optimization (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc)
Motion graphics and on-screen text for emphasis and clarity
Personal branding (logo, color palette, typography, etc.)
Music selection and sound design for a polished finish
1 optional editing revision to ensure personal satisfaction
9 short reels (20–30 seconds) optimized for social media (horizontal, vertical & square)
Versions with captions & no captions
1 optional editing revision to ensure personal satisfaction
Timeline: Delivery within 2-4 weeks after receiving all materials
Total Cost: $2,750 (all-inclusive)

STEP THREE: Pre-Production & Creative Planning
Once a project is identified, a package is chosen, and a contract signed, this is where the work really begins. We work on visual proposals, shoot dates & schedules, and all creative & logistics to ensure the project(s) exceed expectations.
In this stage, we lean heavily into collaboration — creating a plan and creative map for a uniquely original project, just for your brand. We choose a style — narrative or docu-style. We sync with your brand identity, colors, messaging & mission.
This will generally involve between 1-2 pre-production meetings, where we ensure all logistics & unanswered questions are quickly figured out ahead of time.
STEP FOUR: Production & Project Execution
Once all pre-production is taken care of, we carry out a fun, creative, efficient & engaging production day.
You’ll need to block off the entire workday for this stage. No meetings, phone calls, extra work. Production requires focus & timely execution.
STEP FIVE: Post-Production & Project Delivery
Lastly, as production wraps up, we move quickly into post-production.
Your project(s) are delivered in a timeline of 2-4 weeks, with an optional revision available to ensure it’s satisfactory. But we aim to get it right the first time.
